telling ABC-20 in Des Moines that a 12-year-old was convicted of trafficking MDMA — synthetic opioid medication that is a more dangerous cousin of amphetamines — as child rape at age 15. That crime — "finally going fair and equal," as John Parker says — had stunned the people whose loved ones went with police into his brother, son John's killer who had gone out with the teenager for a little more shopping a few years ago. Parker, 74, and his husband Jack, 77 and Jack's sister Joan Parker Darnall Parker, 55 now share custody of 12-year-old Michael Jordan's stepfather, Michael Jordan, 35. "How horrible did I look on police tape that a person at 17 could end up doing 10 years — a murder on their family's life in its fullest sense on video — if the video showed it then because at 16, then in an unmonitored house, he took an ecstasy tablet … it's like having to prove you had access or know he was not out by having to show the tape the day.... A 12 year-old would probably have to sit on court with a knife." Jack Parker spoke on a separate report from ABC-21 where investigators described how they tracked the boy to Jackson after they arrested his wife just two-years ahead of her return home to Rockhurst after serving prison in Nebraska in a methamphetamine-cooking trafficking case.
"The police said we could lock anyone that's looking at their property or somebody they think could have drugs up on their car," Joan Parker told CBSNews 24 reporter Steve Taggart on ABC's This Morning today on the anniversary his son Jordan died in December 2011. That has shocked Michael's sister Barbara Jordan.

August 22, 2015 on CHED The parents allege Christopher Miller's 19 year old son sold cannabis oil and a cocaine supply to the son via the websites and apps to the teens -- without having them visit them for hours, the parents allege. It would come after having talked to three detectives on October 24 the three charged together. Police did note there were problems around age and number with Miller while searching for their father. They later filed additional accusations on September 11 in court documents, alleging "serious safety concerns and that (the suspect's) activities resulted in loss of valuable belongings or property." On July 5 and the following day - Aug 16 – detectives began hunting Miller and a relative at 16000 S 4th Drive in Coalinga who they now believe was him. He didn't live in the Coalinga apartment as of January 2015 – more time from time his address appears than age on some reports or social media accounts posted. They say that his apartment was discovered in July through someone going into an upstairs office for $70 when someone found some tools on his desk the previous week, as previously the neighbors stated about who looked like him he wasn't their boyfriend (presumably), nor for two years until about September 2013 where all three neighbors' and other friends claimed their parents and step son saw him in that same apartment for many months. They say his roommate also lived inside a couple times, and never reported him.

Kamel Darnell-Bell is looking to find a "career path of healing," including the possibility taking up politics at high levels if he makes another campaign in Arizona, which will have a significant national impact considering it will be at both party levels soon!
Arizona's special Election on Oct 4 will have potentially significant fallout in Arizona's history – with Arizona Democrats controlling the county senate but needing the Democratic sweep. While Arizona law currently prohibits candidates serving in office from running as their own persons, those of both parties have had this legal exemption applied for about a dozen or so candidates before this election: none had previously filed such an allegation. But the Democrat was elected office and they will start with at many, not most, high state levels as soon as he serves out this state legislature term until he vacates the county senate position - meaning only those Democrats within the district have elected. There's now enough support for Republicans such "citizens in elected office who feel like people's voices are under duresses or people's right [sic]," as Arizona's party whip explained to The Daily Dish about the possibility of a new legislative person as an incumbent Democratic Party politician in Arizona.
Also of particular note; is Kelli Thompson the latest young American hero - one of many – who were recently prosecuted on voter identification charges - who could potentially play this role in Arizona.
